Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads)

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta platforms.

Manage Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and GA4 to ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting.

Monitor campaign performance, budgets, audiences, creatives, conversions, and key performance metrics.

Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improving performance, ROI, and conversion rates.

Develop and test different audiences, ad creatives, copy, placements, and campaign strategies.

Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign insights and recommendations to internal teams.

Collaborate with creative, development, and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution and tracking.

Stay updated with Meta Ads changes, performance marketing trends, tracking technologies, and industry best practices.

Manage additional paid advertising channels such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads when required.

2–5 years of proven hands‑on experience managing successful Meta Ads campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Strong technical knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and GA4.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable performance improvements.

Good understanding of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, project management, and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Deliver measurable improvements in campaign performance, conversions, ROI, and overall marketing efficiency.

Monitor campaigns consistently and identify performance issues and growth opportunities proactively.

Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and campaign data across relevant platforms.

Conduct continuous testing and optimization of audiences, creatives, budgets, and campaign strategies.

Provide clear, data‑driven insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.

Stay continuously updated with the latest performance marketing, advertising, analytics, and tracking best practices.
